Construction Estimator ( G.C )

Wolfpack Construction Inc. is currently looking to expand our team with an experienced construction estimator who can play an instrumental role in estimating & tender submissions .

Previous experience working for General Contractor is required. Experience in estimating Restaurant, Retail & other interior fit outs is a must.

Our key focus will be recruiting a candidate who possesses a strong understanding of the estimating process and can work both independently and in a collaborative setting. Formal education will be taken into account along with experience and capability.

Job Description for Construction Estimator:

• Analyze drawings and specifications.
• Great understanding of construction divisions
• Understand contractual terms and conditions.
• Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Stipulated Price, Design-Build and Construction/Project Management formatted projects.
• Provide clear detailed quantity take offs.
• Organize sub-contractors’ quotations, negotiate to ensure quotes meet contract documents. And review their scope to ensure nothing is missed.
• Assist the Project Team to issue proper documented purchase orders.
• Complete Budgeting for projects and track same.
• Estimate Change orders and Change directives.
• Ensure site personnel are provided with proper documentation related to project.
• Work with and deal with concerns of field personnel. - Provide and maintain unit pricing and database for material and labor costing.
• Formulate cost break down from estimates and for project progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
