YU-Card Services Assistant

Purpose:
The YU-card Services Assistant is responsible for providing information, issuing YU-cards to customers, responding to inquiries about the YU-card and Meal Plan programs, processing YU-Card Meal Plan purchases and deposits of funds. assisting with distribution of promotional material, filing.

Education:
Minimum high school diploma

Experience:
Experience in front-line customer service positions and cash/debit/credit card handling and processing. Good technical skills (operating computer equipment, digital cameras)

Skills:
Familiarity with digital cameras, imaging software. Computer skills (database, email, Excel, Word). Attention to detail, working accurately with figures and accurate keyboarding skills for data entry. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of account information.
