Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Painter at YuCan Property Services Ltd. The Painter will be responsible for paint application, drywall repair, coatings, and spray painting tasks as well as other services based on experience. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work efficiently to deliver high-quality painting services.

Bonus experience: drywalling, caulking, epoxy coating, deck & fence staining, pressure washing & surface cleaning, trim & fascia replacement, patio membrane repair.

Qualifications

• Paint, Coatings, and Painting skills
• Experience in painting and property service tasks
• Spray Painting skills (not mandatory but preferred)
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Physical stamina and ability to work on ladders and heights
• Relevant certification or training in painting is a plus
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to be professional when working in customer spaces
