Customer Service Representative (Temp / Contract)

Zimmer Biomet Ontario (ZBO) is looking for a customer service driven individual, for a temporary contract (with high potential for a permanent position) that has excellent attention to detail, can manage a fast-paced environment, has accurate data entry skills and a high level of professionalism to join our customer service team. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Answer incoming customer service telephone calls and email in a courteous and professional 

manner.

• Receive and process orders from customers (Hospitals / Clinics) through the Company order 

management system in a timely fashion.

• Review all incoming orders for inaccuracies and troubleshoot / correct as needed.  (e.g. pricing/ lot numbers).
• Respond to pricing and invoice inquiries.
• Attain price overrides and approvals from Zimmer Biomet Canada (ZBC). 
• Create return orders for consignment and direct purchase orders. 
• Billing and replacement of missing instruments as advised. 
• Shipping error investigations.
• Backorder & ETA follow up with Zimmer Biomet Canada and ZBO Asset management. 
• Billing of all surgical loaners.
• Assist with the setup of new customers including follow up with Zimmer Biomet Canada. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Degree mandatory.
• Previous customer service work history required with a proven ability to provide superior customer service.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Team player with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi tasks, interact, and perform in a high paced, demanding environment. 
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Ability and passion to learn about medical products.
• Above average computer literacy.
