Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
adidas GBS delivers high-quality services for Finance and HR. Joining our GBS organization will allow the Next Gen to learn from the operation and explore his/her full potential to add value to the Stream in his/her day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities:

  • Assist with weekly reconciliations of real reporting to the authorities across LAM. (e.g. Sales, purchasing)
  • Support raising issues and resolving discrepancies found in the reconciliation process
  • Constant and open communication with the teams involved in the different parts of the process to support a fast issue-solving mindset.
  • Manage the tasks under the standard established procedures.
  • Give periodic visibility to main stakeholders.
  • Raise escalation on time.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (preferred but not required). University degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or related areas

And Education:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Enthusiasm to gain hands-on experience in accounting/ taxes/finance practices.
