Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to monitor and ensure the accuracy of operational processes. This role primarily focuses on auditing and following up on tasks to ensure compliance with client guidelines and internal standards. The Operations Analyst will also be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and monitor operational processes to ensure they align with client guidelines and internal procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee the submission and processing of ISFs for import shipments.
• Manage the submission of shipping instructions, pre-alerts, and draft HBL for export shipments.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely and accurate submission of shipping costs for the export customer, Hilmar.
• Track and report on operational performance to ensure the highest quality of service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations analysis or a related field, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on process compliance and improvement.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
