Hardware Logistics Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for a Hardware Logistics Analyst based in Lima or Bogota to join our team. In this role, you'll combine analytical skills with hands-on logistics management, ensuring efficient hardware distribution to our global workforce while maintaining precise inventory control. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence in our international equipment deployment system.

What You'll Do:

• Travel internationally to personally handle hardware pickup and delivery across multiple countries.
• Monitor and maintain accurate hardware inventory records.
• Generate and analyze logistics data to improve delivery processes and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
• Process customs documentation and manage international shipping requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service levels and reduce operational costs.

What we are looking for:

• Based in Lima or Bogota.
• Valid passport and US Visa.
• Other LATAM country visas (Desirable).
• Availability to travel, including weekends.
• Experience in logistics, hardware asset management, or inventory control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
