Senior Digital Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our digital experiences. You will be responsible for UI/UX design, branding, and content creation, ensuring our digital assets are engaging, intuitive, and aligned with our brand identity. Open to candidates from Mexico and LATAM working remotely.

Requirements

• UI/UX design experience for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD .
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking .
Ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups
• ️.
Experience in branding and content creation for digital platforms
• .
Strong time management skills, Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Team player with great collaboration skills
• .
• Advanced English.

Desirable

Experience with motion graphics & animations (Adobe After Effects)

Knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere)
• .
Experience with Adobe InDesign for digital & print layouts
• .
Familiarity with Miro, InVision, and Marvel for design collaboration
• ️.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for front-end design implementation
• .
Experience in Adobe Captivate for e-learning content
• .

Main Activities Design & enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Develop branding materials and marketing content for social media & sales enablement. Create Figma mock-ups & interactive prototypes for sales demos.
• ️
Ensure consistency in visual identity across all digital assets. Collaborate with marketing & development teams to align design goals with business objectives. Stay up to date with the latest design trends & best practices to continuously improve our design solutions.

Education Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
