At Dyninno we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a bilingual psychologist with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. This role requires a professional level of English and experience in recruiting commercial, administrative and SENA positions. Job conditions: Modality: 100% Onsite. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Salary: 3,000,000 COP Bonus (KPI based) Contract type: Indefinite term. Responsibilities: Support the recruitment process for sales agents and internal recruitment processes in Bogotá. Conduct interviews and assessments for potential candidates. Manage recruitment processes for internship positions. Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels. Coordinate interviews and follow up on hiring processes. Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Psychology or related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. Bilingual (Spanish & English) - Professional level. Experience in recruiting for commercial and administrative roles. Knowledge of different recruitment strategies and tools. Strong communication and organizational skills.
