Job Summary: The SDR/BDR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role involves strategic leadership and hands-on management to ensure our teams are effectively generating and nurturing leads to support our sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of SDRs and BDRs across multiple product lines and markets.
Develop and implement strategies for outbound and inbound lead generation, including tools and processes to increase efficiency and output.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align the lead generation strategies with business goals.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using insights to optimize team workflows and strategies.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of team members to maintain high standards of excellence.
Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and enthusiasm within the team.
Ensure CRM systems are effectively utilized for maximum efficiency and visibility into lead management processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in leading sales development teams in a B2B environment, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.
Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics, including outbound/inbound lead generation.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
