$16,000 - $18,000 yearly

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective immigration clients by handling initial calls and inquiries.
• Prequalify potential clients based on established firm criteria and escalate qualified leads to attorneys.
• Support attorneys throughout the entire immigration process, from intake to filing.
• Collect and organize client documentation and information.
• Complete immigration forms (USCIS and related) accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare full application packages for attorney review and signature.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure timely submission of all requirements and updates.
• Maintain accurate case notes and follow internal protocols for case tracking.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with U.S. immigration law (family-based, employment-based, humanitarian, or removal defense).
• Strong working knowledge of immigration processes and forms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience supporting U.S. attorneys or legal teams remotely is highly preferred.
• Must have access to reliable internet, a quiet working environment, and necessary hardware/software to perform job functions remotely.
