Overview

Quorum Software is seeking a Desktop Administrator to join the team and assist in global IT operations. They will be expected to be the first line of response to all tickets, to identify issues, and to support over 1600 internal corporate users both in-person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• General administration support within Office 365/Okta/AD
• Queue manager, work as first point of escalation to all the L1/L2 cases.
• Troubleshooting issues related to onboarding and termination of employees.
• Creation SOP document, working on the changes in process.
• Organising work/Delegating task/Allocating and Manage resources/Problem solving.
• Managing project process.
• Working with L1/ L2 on escalated issues.
• Addressing any other daily unique issues that arise.
• This person must be able to resolve tickets within Fresh service in a high-volume capacity and able to go onsite 5 days a week.
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5 years of Team lead in desktop support experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong O365 administration background (navigate through licensing, mail tracing, adding users to distribution groups, etc.)
• Basic troubleshooting Citrix VDI and VMWare support
• Break-fix troubleshooting experience (Lenovo/Dell workstations)
• Strong Active Directory experience (security permissions, adding and deleting users, etc.)
• Experience with Azure Active Directory
• Experience managing Microsoft InTune
• Experience working with a ticketing system (Fresh Service)
• Expert level communication skills and ability to work on a team
• The ideal candidate will convey critical thinking skills and the ability to work alongside a team effectively
• Addressing any other daily unique issues that arise.
• This person must be able to resolve tickets within Fresh service in a high-volume capacity and able to go onsite 5 days a week.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Additional Details

• Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and Passport/ID validation.
• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
• Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable): The successful candidate will be required to present their professional card or registration information if the role is deemed to be regulated.
• Onboarding Medical: The successful candidate will be required to undergo an onboarding medical examination prior to commencement of employment, in accordance with Colombian legislation.
