Our Instructors are the role models for the students studying on our AI programs. They mentor students, help them with difficult concepts and assignments, teach them the skills necessary to enhance productivity and innovation. They guide students through the program, making sure all students get the most out of both regardless of their background.


Requirements:

1. 3 years of proven professional experience in one or more digital-focused roles (as a main profession):

  • EdTech Specialist;
  • Digital Marketing Professional;
  • Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist;
  • Instructional Designer;
  • Digital Content Creator;
  • Product Manager (Digital products/services).

2. Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

3. Comfortable utilizing AI-driven tools to streamline routine and creative tasks.

4. Demonstrable experience conducting training focused on soft skills, leadership, and managerial competencies.

5. Additional Skills (Highly Desirable):

  • Understanding of motivational design principles in education;
  • Basic coaching skills or certification in coaching techniques.

What you will do:

Instructors are a core part of students’ educational process because they:

  • Conduct online training sessions using prepared scripts developed by instructional designers;
  • Mentor students during 1-1 video calls — they deal with different questions from students including a deeper explanation of certain concepts, tools or skills, supporting and navigating students in their assignments;
  • Communicate with students via “Q&A style” video sessions for walk-in questions;
  • Host webinars and other educational events for groups of students (about the content covered in our program), or participate in other non-educational meetings with students.
