Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician/service truck to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tire services to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are safe and performing optimally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive tires, Ag tires, and implement tires, with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely to complete various automotive tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and educating customers on tire maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and maintain high standards of quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in tire service or automotive repair is preferred.
- Proficiency in using both power tools and hand tools related to tire maintenance.
- Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanic principles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive services are a plus.
