Position Overview Reporting to Director, Finance-Internal Audit you will lead multiple audit projects and strategic initiatives as a key member of the Internal Audit leadership team. The Manager role guides the teams in completing financial, operational, compliance, and IT system reviews of areas throughout the business and presents recommendations to leadership. You will provide leadership to team members including performance feedback and the creation of development plans. Position Responsibilities Demonstrate competencies in areas of general controls, project management, critical thinking, problem solving, relationship building and teamwork. Identify process and organizational risks and recommend appropriate controls using inquiry, observations, complex data analytics and re-performance. Work collaboratively and lead multiple complex reviews. Establish and maintain key relationships throughout the organization. Lead all phases of audit engagements through creation of scope, timeline, communications, allocation of responsibilities and reporting and mitigation of issues. Review and provide coaching to team members in preparing supporting documentation (workpapers, noted observations, recommendations and management action plans). Prepare and provide communications to all areas of the business. Assist team members in developing effective communication. Develop current and new team members by training, mentoring and leading. Participate in and lead continuous learning to include training on department, company and industry knowledge, technical skills, diversity and inclusion, communication and teamwork. Participate in the annual risk assessment and provide assistance in the development of the annual audit plan. Lead department initiatives to improve internal processes and ensure professional standards are maintained. Advise business partners on security and control standards. Position Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Finance or other similar fields is required Advanced degree or certification preferred (CPA, CIA, CISA, CIPP, CISSP) Minimum 7 or more years of relevant public accounting, internal audit, or other financial experience required Experience in Fortune 500 and/or manufacturing environment preferred The ability to work as part of an agile, fast-paced and highly motivated team Ability to travel up to 20% of the time At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future Our Modern Workplace: Conagra’s culture of collaboration enhances our ability to meet critical business goals, deliver value to customers and consumers and provide you with the flexibility you need to achieve a better work-life balance.
