Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care

Job Location: Claremont, NH 03743

Job Type: Contract/Traveler - 13 weeks

Job Duties:

• Monitor patients’ vitals and record them in their files.
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding, and dressing.
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication.
• Update patient records in a confidential manner.
• Evaluate the patient’s well-being, reporting any needs to medical staff.

Job Requirements:

• 3 Years of experience is required.
• Must be willing to float
• LPN license
• BLS (AHA)
• COVID Card Booster is required

Schedule:

• Day or Night Shifts
• 5x8
• 40 hours guaranteed in a week
