About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and highly autonomous Sales Associate to own the New York tri-state area and play a key role in our continued growth. You will rigorously learn our service offerings, value proposition, and ideal customer profile. From there, you’ll be encouraged to experiment with creative methods to connect with potential customers—whether it’s attending events, engaging with online communities, or leveraging your own network. The goal is to find repeatable ways to build your pipeline, conduct outreach, nurture relationships, and close deals.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career (2-4 years of experience) who thrives in a results-driven environment and operates with high energy and resourcefulness. You will have the freedom to craft your own strategy to bring in new business, but also the responsibility to consistently deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage your own pipeline of new business opportunities.
Leverage events, communities, and your personal network to expand our reach and generate opportunities.
Exceed revenue targets by establishing relationships with new clients and closing deals.
Actively identify and qualify new prospects, using a consultative approach to uncover client needs.
Present 10x Management's offerings through sales calls, presentations, networking events, and proposals.
Track all activity and interactions in HubSpot, maintaining an organized and data-driven approach to sales.
Regularly attend networking events, especially those in the evenings, to engage with potential customers and expand your reach.
Qualifications & Experience:
2-4 years of sales, business development, or account management experience, ideally within enterprise sales, talent solutions, B2B, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales quotas, with a track record of earning commissions.
Exceptional networking skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships.
Prior experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
Existing relationships within the New York area startup ecosystem are a strong advantage.
Experience in the recruiting or talent acquisition industry is a plus, though not required.
