As a Financial Integrity Analyst, you will make a significant impact every day applying your knowledge, skills, and passion.  As a part of the Legal Team, you will provide track record management and compliance support to our clients.   You will study the performance of investments such as stocks, options, and bonds and more to provide guidance and insights to our affiliates while verifying the accuracy of financial claims.  You will be working closely with copywriters, marketers, and editors so excellent communication skills are a must.

 

So what would you be doing?

  • Financial Analysis
    • Analyze financial investment performance data
    • Research macroeconomic and microeconomic conditions
    • Identify financial performance trends
    • Support our affiliates in all of their financial strategy needs
  • Performance Measurement and Compliance
    • Review marketing material for financial accuracy
    • Auditing and updating data to ensure data accuracy and ongoing integrity
    • Review track records and ensure proper compliance
    • Regularly exercise independent judgement and discretion as it relates to risk exposure, organization policies, and professional standards
  • Analytic Support
    • Research current political and financial trends, as well as abstract concepts and ideas to ensure that widely distributed marketing is accurate and representative of overall products
    • Understand financial marketing set-ups and how to construct effective testing, and collaborate with Data and Analytics Team on how those analytics reflect in reporting
  • Quality Assurance
    • Review, evaluate and validate portfolio performance reports that are automatically generated and sent to the marketers and publishers and field any questions from the recipients
    • Collaborate cross departmentally to ensure marketing strategies reflect accurate performance and track record representation for financial marketing with copywriters and publishers, offering alternative strategies and edits to manage risk and maintain compliance standards
    • Monitor external copy in financial claims and apply an in-depth understanding of financial jargon and vocabulary to recognize inaccuracies, offer alternative solutions, and/or changes prior to final approval for publication

 

 Requirements

  • 3 years in the financial industry, with a firm understanding of market trends, financial terms, trading strategies (sometimes complex), and investment risks that these bring to the investor
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field.
  • Experience within data governance or as data steward
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both written and orally.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, disciplined, fast learner and organized with impeccable attention to detail
  • Highly flexible and adaptive to a rapidly changing environment and juggling of competing priorities

 

The Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working in a variety and range of BI solutions and tools
  • Understanding of direct marketing analysis, campaign management, program optimization, customer segmentation and targeting and retention/attrition analysis
  • Previous work experience in consumer services/products and or subscription-based businesses
  • Experience working in a consultative user/client facing role
  • Exposure to data related to Google Analytics, AirTable and other industry related API feeds of data
  • Understanding of FTC Rules and Regulations as it pertains to financial publication

 

This position is in-office 5 days a week.

 

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $85,000
