1888 Industrial Services is seeking a QC Technician to join our team in Ault, CO. The candidate chosen for this position will work directly with the QC Manager and Operation Manager in the completion of bid projects for customers and the company.
Requirements

- Keen attention to detail.
- ISO print reading.
- Tape measure reading.
- Working knowledge of what a heat number is and where to find it on material.
- Visual testing/inspection.
- Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications.
- Ability to use measuring devices such as gauges, meters, and calipers.
- In-depth understanding of company standards.
- Up-to-date knowledge of federal/industry standards and best practices.
- Able to read and understand blueprints.
- Documentation and reporting skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
No certifications required.
Experience Requirements
- 1 year of QC experience.
- 1 year of experience in weld mapping.
- Ability to record and measure heat numbers accordingly.
- Experience in oil and gas is a plus!

- Lifting up to 10-15 lbs.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 6am - 6pm (basic shop hours of operation)
