Job Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will carry out day-to-day administrative duties for the BFI team. Potential duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Order flood certificates, credit reports, certificates of good standing, and background reports.
- Create loan files.
- Prepare inspection set-up forms.
- Perform data entry.
- Handle office management, e.g. shipping.
- Procure appraisals and other valuation types.
Location, Hours & Compensation: The expectation is five days a week at BFI’s 101 S Reid St office for 4-5 hours each day. Pay is $22-$30 per hour depending on qualifications, preference to candidates with relevant experience in a real estate office.
