As a member of the Fleet Services team, you will be working to provide our customers & our partners with superior service through the process of maintaining vehicles, coordinating repairs, & recovering losses due to motor vehicle collisions.
Job Responsibilities : Maintenance, Insurance Claims, Subrogation & Analysis
- Maintenance PO's
- Assist the Services team with overflow support for maintenance PO calls
- Maintenance PO calls assist customers with maintenance repairs needed on their vehicles by acting as a liaison between customers & repair shops, approving vehicle repairs across the country
- Insurance Claims & Subrogation
- Assist customers with accident claims by coordinating vehicle repairs through various vendors
- Identify & validate damage claims for subrogation
- Negotiate with insurance companies to recover damages
- Identify & develop cost saving methods & opportunities
- Team
- Work collaboratively with all cross-functional groups, including management, customer experience, business development & accounting
- Provide overflow support for other team members to ensure that client needs are met
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, improving workflow & identifying efficiencies & cost savings
- Support & foster team & company culture
- Various projects & assignments
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication skills, exceptional time management, effective planning & organizational skills
- Management of multiple tasks while maintaining a high quality of work
- Ability to demonstrate ownership & responsibility
- Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization as well as with external customers & vendors
- Thrive working individually in a fast-paced environment in addition to working within a team
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite & CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
