Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Bilingual Cleaning and Facility Auditor to join our team. The Facility Auditor is responsible for auditing the performance of the cleaning crew from the day before and ensuring the overall well-being of the facility. This role goes beyond traditional quality checks, including maintaining compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards while proactively addressing facility-related concerns. The Facility Auditor will play a vital role in upholding 21CJS's commitment to being client-obsessed and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Audits
- Conduct daily audits of cleaning services performed the day before, ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.
- Evaluate the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the facility.
- Use company-provided tools to document audit results and communicate findings to relevant departments.
- Identify areas needing improvement and provide constructive feedback to the cleaning crew.
Facility Oversight
- Perform walkthroughs to ensure the overall well-being of the facility, including safety compliance, operational readiness, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address facility-related issues like repairs, lighting, HVAC, or other operational concerns.
- Act as a liaison between the cleaning crew and client representatives to ensure smooth operations and address facility concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, facility management, or janitorial services.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and auditing software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when inspecting supplies or equipment.
