Job Description :
The Sr. Creative Strategy Manager leads the development and execution of creative assets aligned with business goals, partnering with key stakeholders, the internal brand team, and external agencies. This role focuses on supporting partnerships and promotional events.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build and nurture strong relationships with business partners (e.g., the Partnerships team), creative team, brand strategy, project management, production, and growth marketing.
- Lead the development and execution of internal creative projects, including creating briefs, inspiring and guiding the creative team, writing meeting recaps, and crafting comprehensive launch and communication plans.
- Identify and collaborate with teams across the organization for each workstream, as needed – e.g., product, site operations / merchandising, paid media, etc.
- Work closely with business partners to : develop clear briefs; understand success metrics and results from key initiatives; and create a feedback loop with the creative team.
- Partner closely with Project Management to continuously optimize how we work within our teams and with our key stakeholders.
