We are hiring experienced AM Line Cooks to join our team. Take your career to the next level as a Line Cook in our dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment!

30hop is a Midwest-based, full-service American bar and kitchen poised to surpass $20 million in combined revenue by 2025. With three thriving locations in Iowa, we are now expanding our presence to Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri.

Starting Pay for Line Cooks: $15 per hour and up based on experience.

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time.
AM Shift
Shifts are anywhere from 4-8 hours depending on your availability.
Weekend availability (Fri-Sun) preferred.

Full-time Benefits: Available for all full-time employees who work on average 35 hours per week or more.

Expectations

Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
Exceptional communication skills- the ability to communicate clearly with the Chefs or highest management on the line.
