We are looking for an Engagement Leader to oversee a set of 3Pillar Global client engagements, building successful long term client partnerships by championing exceptional product teams, understanding client challenges, and providing opportunities for expanded partnership to help our client strategic product initiatives succeed. A successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, and results oriented with a laser focus on client satisfaction, business outcomes, and relationships. You will demonstrate our expertise in product delivery and advise clients on how to guide their digital transformation. You will be responsible for growth of your assigned accounts, driving delivery and expanding our business with existing senior stakeholders (including C-level) and economic buyers. You will also supervise individual contributors and be responsible for >$25M of revenue under management.
