Job Title: Scale Clerk
Location: Holland, MN 56139

Shift: Morning shift (timing vary from 6am to 7pm - must be flexible)

*Job Summary*

As a Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the organization by performing various administrative and clerical tasks.

*Duties*

- Process and manage paperwork such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents

- Maintain accurate records and files both electronically and in hard copy

- Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and performing regular counts

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication

- Utilize computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping

- Perform general office tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors

*Skills*

- Experience with order picking, packing, and shipping receiving processes

- Familiarity with operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment

- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification

- Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
