Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a retail environment
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing wireless devices, plans, and accessories
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of various wireless products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of different devices
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and inventory levels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in wireless sales or technology sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effectively communicating with diverse customer base
- Ability to perform product demonstrations and explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $15-$18
- Weekly Pay
