Job Description:

A senior-level finance professional responsible for overseeing an organization’s financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and managing the financial health of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Manage all the credit cards in the organization and ensure accuracy within our policy limitations and proof of purchases.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Cash flow management.
• Dealing with internal/external audits.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Support any M&S, divestment, creation of new entity activities.
• Additionally, other controller duties as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in a controller or related role and/or 5 years of experience in a senior-level accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field is preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Good communication and management skills.

Compensation and Job Details:

• $139,600 to $170,600 annually; commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Full Time, Monday to Friday
• On-site, in Pleasanton, CA
