Job Requirements.
5 Wits is seeking a strong leader with experience building and managing teams in a fast paced guest focused environment. Our General Managers are responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and ongoing performance management of their locations team, ensuring the highest levels of service are provided to all guests to guarantee a safe, exciting and memorable experience for friends and family alike.
The General Manager will supervise a staff of up to 3 key carrying hourly supervisors as well as full time and part time line level employees while reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer.
