We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service in our Newark store.

Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked and neatly organized
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Accurate use of cash register and money handling
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Skills/Requirements
- Experience in a retail setting is helpful
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay on task and work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Weekend availability is a must
