As a Client Account Manager, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations and assisting the sales team to success. You will be responsible for overseeing assigned territory and account performance, managing enrollment efforts, and ensuring that sales goals are consistently met. Your dedication to client satisfaction will drive customer retention and business expansion while developing the skills necessary for future client account growth within the company.
Client Account Manager Responsibilities:
- As a Client Account Manager, you will drive sales through direct customer interactions, promoting our products/services, and generating account sales revenue.
- Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth workflow and overall account performance.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing team providing guidance and feedback based on client interactions and account analysis in order to achieve targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service by resolving issues, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of client’s brand to engage, retain, and maintain high-performing account metrics and KPI’s.
- Negotiate and review new and existing contracts developing new sales strategies to maximize all upselling opportunities.
Client Account Manager Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional leadership training or Account Management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, client management, or account management roles is preferred.
- Our Client Account Manager must be comfortable with sales and direct customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Attend mandatory training for Client Account Managers to stay up to date with changes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $81,337.00 - $90,580.00 per year
