We are seeking a Millwright and Machine Operator in the crystal fabrication and wafering department. This is a full-time position that will be working 8-hour day sift, Monday through Friday.

Some overtime is required during high volume production and may include hours scheduled on weekends and holidays. We are looking for employees wanting long-term employment.

Responsibilities include :

• Installing, maintaining, diagnosing, dismantling, repairing, and reassembling of specialized industrial machinery
• Machining, welding and fabrication
• Ability to utilize tools properly.
• Knowledge of PLCs and components.
• Execution of processes and procedures machining, grinding and sawing of metal crystals for Semiconductor applications
• Production of high-quality products by adhering to strict operating standards and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and comply with their very specific requirements
• Demonstrate safe work practices and contribute to a healthy and respectful work environment
• You will assist engineering in continuous improvement efforts to ensure best manufacturing practices are developed and adhered to

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be able to multi-task.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Excel, outlook, word

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Good communication skills
• Experience in mechanical work is preferable.
• Welding, CNC / manual machining and other forms of metal fabrication.
• Must be familiar with basic machine shop tools.
• Machine assembly, installation, operation and repair
• Must have a working knowledge of math, measuring, tracking and inspecting.
• Understanding of PLCs and ability to create / integrate them is preferred.
• Electrical and plumbing skills are preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, use hands and arms to handle, feel and reach.
• An associate must have hand and finger dexterity and must be capable of handling the products delicately.
• The associate is occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch.
• The associate must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 lbs. Occasionally, the associate will need to be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
