We're seeking a dedicated Production Lead to join our team! 💼✨ In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and oversee daily production activities, ensuring goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. You'll play a vital part in fostering a safe, clean, and organized workspace while guiding the production team to success. Hours: Monday - Friday
Shift: 6am-2:30pm

What You Will Do:
- Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities
- Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed
- Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Train and mentor production staff in the production processes
- Monitor and report any employee attendance and performance issues or concerns
- Report any violations of company policies or procedures in a consistent and fair manner
- Identify and escalate production issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned .
Do You Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Thorough understanding of safety and health laws, regulations, and policies.
- Thorough understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and other effective manufacturing and distribution techniques.
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
