To assist in the functions necessary to deliver human resources services within various human resources areas in support of the company's objectives. To communicate, implement and control activities to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness, adherence to overall corporate philosophy, policy and procedures, and compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. Functions as entry level and works under close supervision to gain experience and expertise in assigned area.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent. 0-2 years experience in one or more of the following areas: recruitment/employment practices, compensation administration, benefits administration, training, employee relations, management development, project management or EEO/AAP administration. Good human relations, and communication skills.
