We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patrons receive top-notch service while enjoying their meals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the Micros POS.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns promptly.
• Process payments efficiently using cash register systems.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
• Uphold restaurant policies regarding health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Skills

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of hospitality best practices to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $6.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
