What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cure Room Tech position at 8108323?
The Cure Room Tech (CRT) performs duties for the drying and curing process under the supervision of the Cure Room Lead (CRL). The CRT is responsible for following out duties assigned by the CRL within the drying and curing rooms throughout the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspects the dry rooms’ humidity, temperature, moisture, and lights at start of day and end of day.
- Adjusts dry room’s controllers, if necessary, based off the flower’s moisture level and environment.
- Takes data recordings of relative humidity, temperature, moisture readings and any other data points listed on batch trackers.
- Communicates effectively with management.
- Follows standard operating procedures assigned by the cure room lead.
- Ensures that burping standard operating procedures are performed meeting company standards.
- Follows cleaning procedures assigned by the Cure Room Lead.
- Ensures consistent quality of product and meets company’s standards.
- Follows all safety protocols.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
