Job Duties:

• Job duties include operating either an 8 head Barudan or 6 head Tajima
• Great attention to detail
• Monitor quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results
• Set up and operate embroidery machines according to specifications, including loading designs, threading needles, and adjusting settings
• Load and configure designs based on customer specifications, ensuring the correct placement, color, and size of embroidery
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality standards are met
• Adjust machine settings for different types of fabrics and design requirements
• Make necessary adjustments to correct issues like misalignment, thread breaks, or machine malfunctions
• Maintain records of completed orders, including design specifications, materials used, and any issues encountered during production
• Performing required routine/preventative maintenance on equipment
• Maintain inventory of embroidery supplies and request replenishment as needed
• Significant experience on multihead embroidery machines is required

Skills/Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and desire to wow customers
• Must be able to work with minimal absenteeism
• Must be able to manage time well
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills are essential
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to stand entire shift
• Must be able to speak/understand English well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
