JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising the regional nursing team including LVNs, CMAs, and medical coordinators with duties including timekeeping and scheduling, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, medication auditing and management, and ensuring all clients receive treatment and care as prescribed by their physician while all codes of ethics are being adhered to while maintaining the organization's adherence to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. The Nurse Supervisor also follows standards set by the Quality Assurance Director of Nursing services and supports regional providers.
Working days will be : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
Due to the nature of our program and the population we serve, this position will be on an on-call schedule for emergencies.
