Overview:
The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Business Change Management (BCM) Consultant . Ideal candidates must have proven experience in change management, preferably in large scale Data Classification or Corporate Information Security projects for global enterprise organizations.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Change Management Consultant to support our organization's transition to a new Data Classification standard. The consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption of the Microsoft Data Classification and its related Data Classification Policy/Standard, contributing with their expertise and lessons learned from previous implementations.
- Changement Strategy- Develop and Execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support the implementation of the Microsoft Data Classification project
- Stakeholder Engagement- Engage with key stakeholders from several functional areas and countries, including senior management, project team members and end-users to build awareness and support for the initiative
- Training and Education- Assess training needs and develop a program for employees on data classification principles, processes and tools.
- Lessons Learned and Best Practices- Leverage previous implementation experiences in organizations to identify lessons learned, best practices and potential pitfalls
- Monitoring and Evaluation - Develop metrics and measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness and success of the Data Classification implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, communications, business, math, or related subject, and a significant level of practical experience. Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in change management,
- Must have at least one large-scale MS Purview Data Classification project
- Strong knowledge of Data Classification principles, tools, and best practices
- Prior experience implementing Data Classification in a global organization - 1 or more implementations required
- Experience working with multinational organizations and familiarity with the challenges and nuances of implementing Data Classification across different geographies and cultures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully managing change and driving organizational adoption
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the mining or manufacturing industry is a plus
