Overall Responsibility:
A&D Mortgage LLC is seeking a dedicated Armed Security Officer to join our team. As an Armed Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveillance of the premises to detect and deter any suspicious activity.
- Manage conflicts effectively and maintain a safe environment for all individuals on-site.
- Possess CPR and First Aid certification to provide immediate assistance if needed.
- Utilize militarized training to respond to security threats promptly.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Monitor CCTV systems to identify potential security breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Prior experience in armed security or law enforcement is preferred.
- Proficiency in conflict management techniques.
- Possession of CPR, First Aid, and relevant security certificates.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
