Position Summary :
Start time : 6 : 00 AM, Monday through Friday
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to :
- Checking in Drivers as they arrive for work
- Scanning delivery receipts into the system (TMW)
- Collecting cash from Driver’s run
- Answering the phones and tracking all service calls
- Assisting terminal management with administrative tasks, when needed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask while working in a fast paced environment
