Our company is seeking a skilled billing specialist and AR-AP is responsible for all AIA contract billing (G702/G703 forms), accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Must be proficient in all areas listed:
· Prepare AIA contract billing (G702 & G703, Change Orders)
· Monitor all open projects and ensure monthly billings are completed on time
· Communicate with clients regarding invoicing and payments
· Daily recording and maintaining of QuickBooks
· Responsible for paying all vendor invoices and company bills
Additional Credentials:
- Minimum Five years of experience working with QuickBooks Online
And at least one of the following:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and have expertise in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Minimum of 1 year of AIA billing experience preferred • Strong understanding of G702 & G703 forms preferred • Strong experience with QuickBooks required • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to process work quickly and accurately with changing priorities • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Hourly Full-Time Position: $40- $45 per hour/ depending on experience.
Salary : $40 - $45
