Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and implement best practices.

Duties

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct requirements gathering to ensure all stakeholder needs are met.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using change management techniques.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
• Utilize earned value management techniques to assess project performance.
• Oversee vendor management activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Utilize Project Server sales force for effective project tracking and reporting.
• Apply SAS for data analysis as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement project engineering principles to enhance project efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by applying Kaizen methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,500.00 - $69,000.00 per year
