Job Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Escort clients to appointments and social outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Other duties assigned
Required Skills:
- Experience in senior care, childcare, or hospice care is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and patient care practices
- Ability to work with individuals with autism or other special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Understanding of social work principles
- Proficient in providing direct support to individuals in various settings
Required Certifications:
**The state of Arizona requires these be obtained prior to hiring, and you MUST have all original documents**
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Article 9 Training
- 2 step TB
- Prevention & Support Training
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
