Our growing Supply Chain Management business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a solution to each problem. We looking for a motivated self-starter. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and client concerns
• Direct calls to appropriate department necessary to ensure first call resolution
• Build rapport with clients
• Update client information on Salesforce software
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and product updates

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

• 0-2 years customer service experience
• Computer Experience including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience

• Associates degree in business or related field
• Experience working with Salesforce software or other sales management software
