GENERAL SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the FOH Team Member is to provide our guests with a fun and engaging environment with food and beverages that complement A.Ray Hospitality experience, accompanied by attentive and friendly service. FOH Team Members are encouraged to project their own personality, to talk to the customer and enjoy the atmosphere we create for employees and customers together. The FOH Team Member possesses great teamwork skills and knowledge of Food and Beer menus.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
GUEST FOCUS:
Maintains a good image of the company and helps create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service.
Ensuring the company serves a quality menu.
Responds to all guest complaints timely, taking all appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience with the restaurant and brand.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong organization skills.
Adaptable and flexible with the ability to handle changing priorities in high pressure situations.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation and the ability to have fun in the venue while adhering to policy and procedures.
