An extremely pleasant elderly woman (79) located in the Ogontz area (19141) is in need of a caregiver to work from MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9am-5:30p.m.
She is dealing with health complications and is seeking a compassionate person who will be her companion and caregiver. The suitable candidate will assist with light housekeeping, medication reminders, doctor's appointments, and errands when needed. She is truly a delight to work with.
Duties:
- Provide personal care services to patients in their home.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medical appointments.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient care provided.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
