Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with US universities and research institutions to establish and manage collaborative projects, promoting technical cooperation and exchanges.
- Conduct due diligence and strategic analysis for potential investments in emerging lithium battery technology companies.
- Interface with the US government to develop and implement relevant policy-driven projects.
- Build and manage a team, demonstrating strong leadership, management, and decision-making abilities.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for the ongoing management and performance tracking of invested capital.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related field, Ph.D. preferred.
- Master's or Ph.D. from a QS100, 985, or 211 university.
- 5 years of experience in the lithium battery industry.
- Deep understanding of lithium battery trends and cutting-edge technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with US legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly those related to energy and technology.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communicating skills.
- Possess strong textual writing skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
