A2b Fulfillment, located in Greensboro, GA is a fast-growing provider of logistics and call center services.
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30pm EST
We are currently looking for agents for our Call Center operations. The selected candidate will meet the following requirements:
Main responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls related to customer accounts and product services.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Cross sale/Upsell where necessary
- Manage social media comments
- Communicate details for each customer’s account
- Assist Client Managers with various task
- You must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build a quick relationship to solve customers' questions or needs.
You are qualified if:
- you are least 17 years of age.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- You can use a computer and various software programs.
- Have a naturally positive attitude.
- Love to help people.
- Ready to join a team and contribute to the success of a2b Fulfillment.
- You can pass a drug test and a criminal background check.
