- Key Responsibilities:Act as a servant-leader to one or more Agile teams, guiding them through the Scrum framework.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments to the team’s progress to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Promote Agile best practices and coach teams on continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the team.
- Track and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure alignment between team activities and overall business goals.
- Support organizational transformation by advocating for Agile principles across departments.
Qualifications:
- Required:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Proven expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
- Preferred:Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
- Experience in software development, engineering, construction, or telecommunications.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar frameworks.
